   - All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

4. Tracking Information
   - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). 

Delivery Issues

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
   - In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at nutritionwithisa@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.

Responsibility for Delivered Items

8. Delivery Confirmation
   - Once an item is shipped and shows as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Nutrition with Isa is no longer responsible for the package. We recommend that you ensure a secure delivery location and promptly retrieve your package upon delivery.
